‘First visit’ sessions can be booked up to 1 month in advance. Online booking for sessions closes 24hours before the session start time (this has been reduced to just 2 hours for now!). If you can’t see an available session, please contact us for possible last minute availability.
Returning customers please book the ‘Field hire’ option depending on how many cars you will be bringing. These sessions can be booked up to 2 months in advance. Online booking for sessions closes 1 hour before the session start time. If you’d like to book more than one session see our DISCOUNT PACKAGES below.
Once you have made a booking you can click on the person symbol (or arrow symbol on some browsers) next to the basket to log in to your account to view/amend your bookings.
We’ve partnered with Simply Book and Stripe for our booking and payment services so you can be confident that it is handled securely.
Individual sessions
Packages
Buy a multi session package & save upto 10%!
Customers must have booked and attended a ‘First visit session’ before attending any package sessions.
Select and purchase the package you would like. This will then give you 5 or 10 credits (depending on the package purchased) to use against bookings of individual sessions.
Book 5 sessions and SAVE 5%! Book 10 sessions and SAVE 10% (equivalent to getting one session for FREE!)
Once you have purchased your package you will be emailed instructions as to how to book your sessions using your package credits. You can also find instructions in our Frequently Asked Questions
Booking information:
- The field is only available on a prebooked basis.
- Bookings are all online via the website & payment is taken at time of booking.
- Your booking will give you exclusive use of Woofworthy secure dog field.
- The person making the booking must be present at the session and must ensure that anyone else attending is made aware of, and adheres to the Terms and Conditions. By bringing friends or family, the hirer agrees to take full responsibility for their safety and ensure that they abide by the Terms and Conditions at all times whilst on the premises and while using the facilities.
- The maximum number of dogs permitted to use the field at any one time is four. Users should contact us for any special arrangements.
- Field users can arrive on foot or by car (maximum of 2 cars)
- Bookings are non-refundable. Bookings can be transferred to another date/time if at least 24hours notice is given. You can reschedule your booking from a link in your confirmation email or by logging into your account on the booking page. We cannot reschedule your session at very short notice (within 24hours of your booking) as we need enough time to resell your original session.
- Sessions are non-transferrable between users – even if registered. This is so that we know who is on site at all times.
- If Woofworthy needs to cancel a booking you have made or we have to close the field due to weather or technical reasons we will notify customers as soon as possible, and rebook as required.
