Will I receive a confirmation of my booking?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once you have made a booking. If you can not find the confirmation email please check your spam or junk box. If you still can not find it please send us a message on our Contact us page.
How do I purchase a discount package of 5 or 10 sessions
Go to the Book Woofworthy page. Packages are below Individual sessions. Choose and purchase the package you would like – Book 5 sessions – SAVE 5%, Book 10 sessions – SAVE 10%
5 session packages are valid for 2 months from the date of purchase
10 session packages are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase
How do I book sessions using discount package credits?
To use the credits follow the instructions below:
1. Ensure you are logged in to your profile.
You can do this by going to the Woofworthy booking page and clicking on the person (or arrow on some browsers) next to the basket.
2. Select the sessions you would like to book and add them to your basket. You can book them all at once or at separate times (Just make sure you book all the sessions available in the package within the duration of your package. For 5 session packages you have 2 months, for 10 session packages you have 4 months)
3. Click confirm booking (you won’t be charged at this stage)
4. At the top of the next page it will say:

If you want to use credits from the package, select the package below
Tick the box to use your package credits.
If you click the drop down arrow next to the package it will tell you how many credits you have left.
When the box is ticked to select the package this should change the price of the sessions valid in the package to £0.
5. Click Confirm
6. Your sessions should now be booked and you should receive confirmation emails for your bookings.
7. If you need to alter the dates/time of the sessions you can do this in your account up to 24hours before the session.
8. If you want to check how many credits you have left in your package you can go to ‘My packages’ in your account profile to see what packages you have, how many credits you have left and when the package expires.

How do I get to Woofworthy?

Do I have exclusive use of the field?
Yes. The booking is for exclusive use.
How long are the sessions?
Your booking is for a 50minute session. These begin on the hour, every hour within opening times.
There is a 10 minute window between sessions to ensure no users come into contact with each other. Please ensure you are in your vehicle and starting to exit after 50 minutes.
If you would like to book a longer session you can book two consecutive sessions which will then give you 1hr50mins.
How secure is the field?
The entire field is surrounded by 6ft high small hole dog fencing. The all weather track around the edge of the field has purposely been put above the bottom wire of the fence to prevent dogs being able to access the bottom of the fence.
There are two gates in the field. The main entrance gate is a 6ft high metal small hole deer gate. It is possible to secure the field gate from the inside to prevent anybody opening the gate once you are inside. There is one further 6ft gate in the perimeter fence which is 6ft high and has wire fence across the gate. This gate is kept locked and is only used for field maintenance when there are no customers in the field.
The fencing is checked daily but we recommend visitors to walk the perimeter of the field upon arrival to ensure the suitability for their dog. If any issues are found please let us know immediately so we can rectify them. If your dog is a prolific digger or can jump a 6ft fence then having your dog off lead in the field may not be suitable. Woofworthy do not take any responsibility for dogs escaping from the field.
How many dogs can I bring?
Maximum of 4 dogs at one time
Are dogs in season allowed?
Yes, absolutely.
My dog has been unwell. Can I still bring them to Woofworthy?
No, please rearrange your session and allow at least 48hours before using the field
How many people can I bring to the field with me?
There is no limit on the number of people but there is a limit of 2 vehicles maximum.
Can I bring children with me?
Yes. However they must be supervised by an adult at all times. The equipment in the field is designed for use by dogs only. Children (and adults) are not permitted to play or climb on the equipment.
How do I get in the field?
The gate to Woofworthy is secured by a keypad entry system. Upon confirmation of your booking, we will email you a code to unlock the gate. Check out ‘How it works’ for more details
Where do I park?
There is a hard standing parking area inside the field.
Is there a dog poo bin on site?
Yes, please use them. We ask customers to bring their own poo bags. Please only use the bin for dog waste and take any other personal litter home with you.
Is there any shelter in the field?
The ‘Woofwagon’ is coming to the field soon and will be available to shelter from adverse weather conditions. There is also some shade from trees surrounding the field and an umbrella over the picnic bench (when it is not too windy). We ask field users to please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for outdoor weather conditions.
Is there seating in the paddock?
Yes, there is a bench and seating areas in the field.
Is there fresh water on site?
Yes – mains water is available for dogs to drink & for washing off muddy paws. Please be mindful about how much water you use and ensure taps are turned off when not in use.
Are there toilets on site?
No, the nearest public toilets are in Holsworthy near the Memorial Hall
Can I smoke in the field?
No. The entire site is non smoking.
Is there CCTV in the field?
Yes, this is for our security and yours and also to ensure the field is not misused
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Once payment has been made, bookings are non refundable but are transferable to another date/time if at least 24hours notice is given. You can reschedule your booking from a link in your confirmation email or by logging into your account on the booking page. Sessions commencing within 24hours or missed slots can not be rescheduled or refunded. We cannot reschedule you at very short notice as we need enough time to resell your original session.
I want to remove/change a session from my basket before checkout
We are aware that the booking system we use (Simplybook) won’t currently allow customers to remove a session from their basket once they have confirmed the booking prior to payment. We have raised this issue with SImplybook and hope it will be resolved soon. Solutions currently available are to close the browser and open the website again using a different browser or alternatively the session will be removed from your basket after 10 minutes of non activity. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
I’m having difficulties booking and I’ve been recommended to clear my ‘cache’, how do I do this?
If you are having difficulties booking and the system appears to be getting stuck it might be worth clearing the cache on your device. Clearing your cache means that all the temporary files your browser has downloaded are deleted – it gives you a sort of “clean slate”, and forces your web browser to re-download fresh versions of all the files for that website. Follow the instructions below to do this:

1. Open Chrome browser.
2. On your toolbar, click “More“.
3. Hover More tools, and then click “Clear browsing data“.
4. In the “Clear browsing data” page that opens, check the boxes for “Cookies and other site and plug-in data” and “Cached images and files“.
5. In the menu at the top “Obliterate the following items from” , select “the beginning of time”.
6. Click Clear browsing data.
